Master franchisee champions a year of success!

By providing dedicated support and strategic leadership, she has created new opportunities, empowered franchisees and enriched the experiences of students – setting the stage for continued success. Here, Andy Knights, CEO of Stagecoach, hears from Kristi about how her journey as Master Franchisee has fuelled both personal and professional growth for franchisees and students alike.

“The past year has been filled with remarkable milestones – I can hardly believe how quickly it has flown by! I’m incredibly proud of how our franchisees have supported one another. Since joining the Stagecoach network in 2019 with my first franchise territory, I’ve seen firsthand how vital it is to foster a strong sense of community, both in Canada and globally. This year, we’ve not only accomplished that but exceeded expectations and I couldn’t be more excited about what we’ve achieved together.”

Kristi’s leadership has greatly influenced our Canadian network, expanding the school network, launching new programs and attracting new franchisees. “Two of our existing franchisees have expanded their businesses into new territories, and four more franchisees are scheduled to begin training in the spring. It’s certainly an exciting time to be part of the Stagecoach family!”

“One of the biggest highlights of the past year was hosting our national conference in Muskoka, Ontario. The final dinner with our franchisees, filled with storytelling and laughter, was absolutely magical. Watching them support and celebrate each other’s successes is a truly joyful experience.”

Guided by Kristi’s leadership, Stagecoach Canada is making a global impact, with 46 students from across the country preparing to take the stage at Disneyland® Paris this July. This incredible experience has been met with excitement from students, parents and franchisees, further strengthening our reputation for excellence in performing arts education.

“We have 46 students from across the country who will be performing in front of the iconic Disney Castle and dancing in the famous Disney Stars on Parade. This would not have been possible without a Master Franchise based in Canada, taking the helm and making it happen. While Stagecoach is already a unique programme, offering world-class performing arts training to students across the country, adding international performance opportunities like this partnership elevates that experience.”

Looking forward, Kristi is committed to stability and long-term, sustainable growth. “This year will be about stabilising our network and ensuring the seeds of change we planted last year continue to take root. Our long-term goal is to bring life-changing performing arts training to as many students as possible across Canada.”

Kristi’s dedication and outstanding leadership over the past year have been truly inspiring. It’s been a privilege to witness her drive the growth and development of our network in Canada. Her unwavering commitment to supporting and empowering our franchisees and students has been instrumental to our success. I couldn’t be prouder of all she has accomplished and the lasting impact she’s made on our Stagecoach family. The future of Stagecoach Canada is incredibly bright, and I have no doubt that Kristi will continue to lead with passion and vision as we strive for even greater success together.
