The Elite Franchise Top 100 Canada Awards have set the benchmark for excellence in the franchising industry, recognizing outstanding brands that exemplify growth, innovation, and commitment to their communities. This year’s awards showcased the incredible resilience, ingenuity, and leadership within Canada’s thriving franchise sector.

As the franchising landscape continues to evolve, the EF100 Awards stand as a testament to the exceptional efforts of businesses that push the boundaries of success. The 2025 league table revealed a fiercely competitive field, highlighting the best and brightest in Canadian franchising.

Scott English, Founder and Global Brand Director of Elite Franchise, emphasized the prestige of making it into the Top 100, stating, “Gaining a spot in the Top 100 is a remarkable achievement to be truly proud of. The winners of the Elite Franchise Additional Awards this year are:

  • Exceptional Performance of the Year: Boston Pizza, honored for its outstanding operational success and continued leadership in the industry.
  • Sustainability of the Year: JDI Cleaning Services, recognized for its commitment to eco-friendly practices and sustainable growth.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Award: The TEN SPOT, leading the way in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and customer experience.
  • Innovation of the Year: Fat Bastard Burrito, applauded for its cutting-edge approach and commitment to evolving the fast-casual dining experience.
  • Community Builder of the Year: Molly Maid, celebrated for its dedication to giving back and positively impacting local communities.
  • Emerging Franchiser of the Year: Let’s Get Moving, recognized for its rapid expansion and dynamic presence in the market.
  • Franchisee Outstanding Achievement of the Year: Caitlin Poulucci of Oxford Learning, honored for her exceptional contributions and leadership within the franchise network.
