The UPS Store – Supporting customers, franchisees and small biz owners

Since its origins as Mail Boxes, Etc., The UPS Store, Inc., headquartered in San Diego, has remained true to its roots. Recently, for example, it helped residents remain connected amid the L.A. wildfires. As a result, selected UPS Store locations in Southern California are now offering free faxing, scanning and computer time rental through April 30, 2025 (products and services vary by location). Meanwhile, through Feb. 19, small business owners can enter The UPS Store Small Biz Challenge for the opportunity to win a share of a total prize pool of $35,000, a feature in Inc. magazine and a trip to compete in the live event in Austin, Texas this April. Since 2019, The UPS Store Small Biz Challenge has recognized and empowered aspiring small businesses through mentorship, networking opportunities and skills-based challenges. Learn more HERE

Noteworthy too is that entrepreneur Magazine has ranked The UPS Store No. 6 on its 2025 Franchise 500 list, one of the most prestigious industry recognitions for franchise organizations.

The company also ranked No. 1 brand in the Postal & Business Centers category for the 35th consecutive year. The annual ranking shines a light on the unique challenges, changes and offerings that have shaped the franchise industry over the past year and identifies businesses that have excelled amid those conditions.

Busy times lie ahead and The UPS Store is set to be at the forefront.
