We’re currently about 60 days out from opening our next two Ghost Taco locations, with another corporate store right on their heels. I can officially share that we’ll be opening in Kingston and Liberty Village this August, and a third location is in the pipeline (announcement coming soon!).
Right now, it’s all systems go—rolling out our customized marketing plans for each location, making our lists, checking them twice (and then three more times), and diving deep into franchisee onboarding. And yes, as the CEO of an emerging brand, onboarding still sits on my plate too. This stage is where expectations are set, values are shared, and the tone for the whole franchise relationship is built. It matters—and I wouldn’t hand it off unless I knew someone could do it with the same care.
Most days, I’m switching hats faster than I can keep track—jumping from marketing meetings to forecasting, to scheduling, to onboarding, to training plans, and back again. It’s chaotic, it’s intense, and it’s incredibly rewarding.
More than anything, I’m just so excited to introduce Ghost Taco to these new markets. Each location represents a new community to connect with, a new opportunity to build brand loyalty, and another step in proving that fast casual can be elevated, community-focused, and downright fun.
We’re building something special—and while it may be messy in the middle, I know what’s coming is worth every bit of the hustle.
Stay tuned—we’re just getting warmed up.
