Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, the premium handcrafted burger concept co-founded by renowned chef Bobby Flay, has confirmed it recently signed a multi-year agreement with The Falcon Capital Group to open 65 locations across Canada, starting off with a flagship operation in Toronto.
“Expanding into Canada and becoming an international brand is a major milestone,” said Flay, adding: “The Falcon Capital Group brings proven expertise in brand development and retail franchising that makes them the ideal partners to bring our signature handcrafted burgers, fries and milkshakes to a new audience. I look forward to working with the accomplished team at Falcon Capital and watching our brand grow across Canada.”
Flay’s success, following a successful 40-plus-year career in the restaurant industry, reflects his determination to have every ingredient and menu item handcrafted to create both a craveable and approachable Bobby Flay dining experience.
Backed by a team of restaurant industry veterans, Bobby’s Burgers offers tailored support from experts to ensure that every location has the highest-quality burger experience. With nine locations currently open and several more in the development pipeline, including the expansion into Canada, Bobby’s Burgers is continuing its full-scale domestic and international franchise expansion.
The Canadian expansion will be led by franchise veteran Jim Gormley and operations executive Audra Wosik, who bring decades of expertise in building and operating successful restaurant concepts. Together with Falcon Capital Group, they’ll drive growth across multiple provinces while maintaining the chef-driven quality and flavor that define Bobby’s Burgers.
