The Elite Franchise TOP 100 Awards is Canada’s definitive official list celebrating excellence across the franchise community.

Each year, we spotlight outstanding franchise businesses that demonstrate leadership, performance, and long-term vision.

The 2026 Elite Franchise TOP 100 ranking has now been released, accompanied by our annual guide, which is distributed nationwide across Canada. We also host a prestigious celebratory awards evening, recognising the achievements of our Top 100 franchises and presenting additional accolades to standout performers.

The Elite Franchise TOP 100 Canadian franchises are assessed against six core criteria, evaluating size, growth, ambition, and contributions to franchisees and the wider community, based on the information submitted by entrants. An independent panel of leading franchise-sector judges rigorously reviews and scores all submissions to determine the final Top 100 ranking.

ADDITIONAL AWARDS & WINNERS’ TROPHY

Alongside the Top 100 rankings, special awards will be presented at the Celebratory & Awards Evening, including the prestigious EF100 Winner Trophy, engraved with the latest champion’s name. Each year, the trophy is passed on to the next winner, continuing the legacy of excellence.
