Mary MacDonald, CFE is a seasoned education and learning development professional with over two decades of experience creating impactful programs and fostering professional growth. As Head of Education at the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA), Mary leverages her expertise to design and implement effective learning initiatives that drive industry advancement, leading all educational programming across the CFA, including management of the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) Program in Canada. Mary also helms the CFA’s Educational Advisory Committee and the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, among others.
