Boss Pizza has appointed Anuj Malhotra as its new head of operations UK, as the brand accelerates its expansion across the country.
Malhotra joins from SK Group, one of the UK’s largest Domino’s franchise operators, where he spent more than 15 years working his way up from store level to regional operations manager. When he joined the business in 2008, SK Group operated just 10 stores. By the time he left, that number had grown to more than 250.
In his new role, Malhotra will take responsibility for store performance, operational standards, and business growth across Boss Pizza’s growing network.

The appointment comes as Boss Pizza prepares to open new locations in Nottingham, Mansfield, Burton upon Trent, St Helens and Edinburgh, with further sites planned across the UK in the months ahead.
