With 15 years of growth under its belt, Fat Bastard Burrito has carved out a distinct niche in the Mexican fast-casual QSR category with its diverse, innovative menu combined with edgy, in-your-face branding and popular value adds (guac is always free on their burritos). In 2022, Fat Bastard Burrito was acquired by MBI Brands, the parent company of Mary Brown’s Chicken and in 2023, the brand launched a new store design, with updated finishes and trendy visuals aimed at enhancing the in-store experience.

Known mainly for its large-portion burritos and bowls (as a healthier option), Fat Bastard prides itself on a ‘something for everyone’ menu which also includes Tacos, Quesadillas, Nachos, and even Waffle Fries.
