He has worked closely with franchisors across diverse sectors including emerging tech, food and beverage and home services. Victor previously practiced in Canada and has experience leading an international franchise team.
Victor’s practice focuses on supporting foreign and domestic franchisors as they scale into and outside of the U.S. market and beyond, with fluency in the regulatory frameworks of North America’s two largest franchising markets.
Victor also handles M&A transactions, having represented clients in both franchise and non-franchise deals.
