A litigator by training and a transactional lawyer from experience, Andrew brings a unique perspective when assisting MSA’s wide range of clients. Andrew also has experience working with socially-focused endeavors seeking to use the franchise model to expand their reach and productivity, serving on the International Franchise Association’s Social-Sector Task Force and consulting with clients both domestically and internationally.
