These locations have a set territory to develop their base of franchise owners, as well as customers. On top of regular recurring janitorial services, JAN-PRO offers a suite of special services, such as floor care programs, window cleaning, and more, which provides additional income opportunities for business owners.
What Is a Regional Franchise Developer?
Regional Franchise Developers act as franchisor in their territories. The role is three-fold:
Recruit and support Unit Franchisees – Attract local entrepreneurs who want to own and operate their own commercial cleaning business, and provide them with sales leads, training, and ongoing operational support.
Drive customer growth & satisfaction – Build B2B relationships with commercial clients in the market and match them with Unit Franchisees who deliver JAN-PRO’s certified cleaning services.
Build the brand – Help build the national presence and trust of the JAN-PRO brand by upholding brand standards
This is a multi-functional role combining franchise development, B2B sales, marketing, customer service, and operations — all within a regional headquarters.
