Founded in 1995 by Allen Hager, Right at Home was born out of a passion for helping others. As a hospital administrator, Allen witnessed patients being discharged only to struggle at home due to a lack of support. He became a certified nursing assistant to better understand their needs and developed a care model to address these challenges.

Today, Right at Home is part of one of the largest international networks of home care offices in the world, with more than 700 locations internationally and 61 across Canada, serving tens of thousands of clients and families.
