Contribution
Local Handyman Group was founded on the belief that home services should strengthen communities. Our partners give back through local charities, youth programs, and projects for veterans and seniors. Across Canada we’ve donated time and expertise to shelters, accessibility upgrades, and community centres. We also invest in the franchising sector through active participation in CFA and IFA events, sharing knowledge to raise industry standards.
Support
We don’t just award franchises—we build business owners. Every partner completes Momentum training on leadership, marketing, and finance, then a six-week launch with a Success Manager. Monthly SYNC calls, peer groups, and coaching ensure no one grows alone. Head office runs marketing, SEO, and advertising, freeing owners to focus on customers. When challenges arise, we provide hands-on support so every partner has the tools to thrive.
Innovation
Local Handyman Group blends a trusted brand with advanced tech. AI agents handle calls, messages, and customer interactions, cutting admin and ensuring consistency. K-Club and M-Club gamify growth, rewarding milestones and building peer mentorship. Real-time dashboards sharpen decision-making. By integrating technology, leadership training, and culture, we’ve redefined handyman franchising—delivering professionalism for customers and scalable systems for entrepreneurs.
Future
By 2030, Local Handyman will be a household name with hundreds of franchises across North America. Growth is accelerating in Canada and the U.S., with international expansion planned for New Zealand, Australia, and Europe. New services like Seniorize home modifications and preventive maintenance subscriptions add revenue while meeting social needs. Handyman University will train staff and the public, strengthening the labour pool and our reputation as the authority in home services.
